Tracy Z, co-owner of Diversified Investment Services, Inc. and Editor of The Cash Flow Connection, has handled thousands of note and alternative cash flow purchases becoming a well-known industry expert since her introduction to the industry in 1985. Tracy began her career in real estate closings leading to a position with Metropolitan Mortgage & Securities. During her 10 years with Metropolitan she mastered a variety of positions including broker relations, investment analysis, closing management, underwriting, and BrokerNet™ software development.

Tracy left her position as Vice President of Metropolitan in 1997 to open Diversified Investment Services, Inc, with her partner, Fred Rewey. In Jan. 1999, DIS purchased 50% of National Contract Buyers, the top producing note brokerage firm for Metropolitan and winner of the past five "Top Gun" Awards. From start-up note broker to corporate officers for the nation’s largest note buyer, their experience covers all aspect of marketing, closing, underwriting and servicing cash flow investments.
